These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at lucorpmedia.com and any related content, tools, or services offered by Lucorpmedia LLC (“Lucorpmedia,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

The Site describes our SEO and digital marketing services and lets you request a proposal. Submitting a proposal request does not create a contract or obligate either party. Any engagement begins only when both parties sign a written services agreement or statement of work.

Where a signed agreement exists, its terms — including scope, fees, deliverables, and performance expectations — control over these Terms to the extent of any conflict.

We offer free calculators and utilities (such as the anchor text calculator, CTR calculator, and list tools) for convenience. These tools run in your browser and are provided for informational purposes only.
